Laurie Flanagan; President

Laurie Flanagan is President and General Manager of The Marshall Group. Prior to acquiring The Marshall Group Laurie held various executive positions with a high-ranking Global Fortune 100 finance company where much of her work focused on providing business solutions, building collaborative relationships, and meeting tight timelines. As a Consultant with Accenture she worked with a variety of clients across several industries. Laurie is highly trained in talent acquisition practices and is a member of several staffing and recruiting networks. She brings with her years of experience in building teams, driving results, and a strong partnering with both internal and external clients.

Estella Girardey; Senior Consultant

Prior to joining The Marshall Group, Estella worked for a couple of major corporations; most recently with HSBC, a large financial global institution. During her 23 years tenure at HSBC, Estella held various jobs within the Human Resources arena. Her expertise is in HR practices and policies, employee relations, learning & development, management and recruiting. She brings a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of recruiting and has recruited hundreds of associates and all levels of management. Estella has recruited several top talent individuals for finance, enterprise risk management, marketing, training, technology, and operations.
